Since 2016, Appia Day has brought together tens of thousands of people along the Regina Viarum, becoming a much-anticipated event throughout Italy
The 2025 edition celebrates a ten-year journey of passion, discovery, culture, and community.

UNESCO World Heritage
With its more than 600 km of history and landscapes, the Appian Way crosses 4 regions and 74 municipalities: a thread of memory that weaves Italy together and tells the story of our past.
In 2024, it was officially recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site — a milestone that calls on us to protect it, enhance it, and experience it every day as a shared treasure and a source of inspiration for the future.

The 2025 edition offers a rich and inclusive program designed to provide engaging experiences for visitors of all ages and interests.
From guided tours to family activities, from open-air theatre to cycling routes, every event tells a story of the Ancient Appian Way, and every activity is an opportunity to explore its heritage, share stories, and experience the territory with a fresh perspective.
